Small complimentary items often lead to positive reviews.

Popular Choices:

Before every new booking, walk through the room as if you were the guest.

Ask yourself:

  • Is everything clean?

  • Is the room comfortable and welcoming?

  • Would I be happy staying here?

A final inspection can help you catch small issues before guests arrive.
